I can honestly say that this is by far one of the good restaurants here in Manila. The food was amazing and clean tasting. The service was fast and our food came out all at the same time. The ambiance was a bit busy because they had a lot of customers since it was a weekend when we went to eat there. Definitely one of the restaurants where I got my money's worth. Will definitely come back again when I get the chance

Food is great flavors you may taste the freshness of their food staff are very accommodating Especially Ms. Yen

If you are looking for authentic Taiwanese cuisine... this is the place for lunch. The waiter will advise you that the wait for the food is about 20 minutes but the turnaround tine is less than that. If you have strollers, you need to fold it or place it under their staircase. They have their own restroom at their second floor. Ordered and Loved their roasted pork, xailongbao and the Taiwanese sausage fried rice.

Located inside the Mall of Asia, Lugang Cafe offers traditional Chinese fair. You can choose from a small selection of dim sum to shareable plates. We had ordered the Xiao Long Bao, pan fried siao pao, roasted pork belly, seafood soup, and golden fried rice. The xiao long bao and the soup was just what was needed as two in the party had bad colds. The roasted pork belly was so tender and juicy, but was a tough to bite into. A knife is recommended. The staff was very attentive and my family told them it was my birthday. After the food was brought out, the staff came to sing happy birthday in Cantonese and Tagalog. The ambiance has a five star feel, but dress is casual.

I've passed by this restaurant several times before and I thought it was a filipino cuisine restaurant. Then my brother said it's a good Taiwanese restaurant! First impression, the hostess was really friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is clean and well staffed (as in a lot of servers) The servers assigned to me were James and Jayson! They were friendly, helpful with the menu and so attentive! Great job!!! I ordered a Xian Long Bao, a beef dish, 2 pork dishes and 2 cups of rice. All of the dishes were excellent! It's almost comparable to that other Chinese restaurant inside the Maison in Conrad Hotel, except this one is more "casual" and less pretentious (especially the staff) but I actually like Lugang Cafe a lot more! Would I return here? I most absolutely would!

Everything we had was amazing, from dimsum, fish, vegetables, and shrimp. The salted egg bitter melon was interestingly good. The food takes a while to come out which is typical in the Philippines, but it's worth it.

It seems super fancy from the outside and all thought it is, the food was excellent and the price tag was reasonable. I will be back again to try more! Only alcohol beverages were beers.

Ordered Sio Mai and soup dumplings. It was okay. Pork has an after taste.
